Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return except in the case of our range of saunas. Once we have rung you to confirm your sauna order & payment no refund will be forthcoming for any reason as these products are made to order overseas. For all other items all return costs are at the expense of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us a video or multiple photos asap. So we can get the issue fixed for you.

Refunds
All returns need to be pre-approved as per our manufacturers requirements. We will notify you once approval has been granted.

Once granted and we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to you.
